Okay, first off...did you take this picture??? Because it's amazing...

And secondly, thanks so much for your kind words! You're just so sweet you make my day!

And what you said about just taking lots and lots of pictures, that's EXACTLY what I do...I think in Nashville I took around 500 pictures in a week...granted, a lot of those were just kinda like...hey we're a bunch of girlfriends taking pictures...stuff like that...but when I do a shoot; either for a client or just for my own personal benefit (like the rose gardens) I take soooo many pictures, and maybe I'll like a handful...Like say for instance when I do an engagement shoot, I'll take around 300 photographs...however I'll probably only like 60 or so...Part of that is me being critical of my own product, part of that is also dependent on how comfortable and how *quickly* the couple gets comfortable in front of the lens.

so to wrap up this novel of a comment, lol, it is ALWAYS important to take lots of pictures...even if you think you already got the shot, take some more...change your perspective...change the angle of the camera...take extras to make them black and white...i'm the type of photographer who will get down on the ground if I think there could possibly be a good shot there to capture...don't be afraid to look like a dork and just take your time :)

Oh yeah - and no... it's totally not my picture. Stonehenge is in Europe somewhere. ha ha... I WISH I'd been there!

okay...wanna know my little secret...this is the camera I have:

http://i.pricerunner.com/prod/15_2_4_15_1018165s/Casio_Exilim_EX-_Z8_Black.jpeg

except mine only has 7.2 mp...SO YA! I've never taken any of my photos on an slr camera, I'm saving up to get a Nikon d40 or maybe a d60 by this winter...but that just goes to show you that ANYONE can take decent photographs...

oh and as for putting a picture on your backdrop, on your home page go into where you see "manage:" and then it gives like postings, settings and something else....well, go into settings, then click on layout thats in the top left...from there you'll see all your page elements laid out and you can click on the header to edit that...

I can't remember, but I think i had to put my image on the internet first because the file was to large to just load immediately, so i put it on photobucket, then just copied the url into the header space and it fit right in there...you might have to do some playing and tinkering around with it to get it just right, but that's the jist of it all. :)
